Process: I was walking on a trail when I saw the sun coming through the trees. I pointed my Canon Rebel T-6 camera up at the sun and manually focused the camera to better capture the beams of light radiating off the sun through the trees. I like this photo because the sun comes through the trees at an angle that makes the trunks of the trees very dark and shines a light on the leaves to make them a very vivid green color, which makes them stand out. The mood I was trying to create was one of tranquility. No filter or editing was used.
